FAQ's


We really want you to enjoy shopping with us so here is some information that you may need.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not we are happy to offer you an exchange  within 14 days of purchase. Your exchange will be despatched as soon as we have it available.

Please do ensure that any returns are in their original packaging and we do advise that you retain a receipt of posting as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if your return does not reach us!

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged we will of course issue you a full refund. Any refunds will be by the same method as payment and please allow 5 days for it to show in your account.

Shipping.

Any charges for posting will be calculated at payment stage. These are flat rates and all packages will be despatched first class Royal Mail.

If you require Courier or Guaranteed Next Day delivery please email us. 

If your purchase is in stock we aim will despatch the next working day. Where this is not possible we will contact you and advise an anticipated despatch date. Please do be aware that branded items can take up to 7 working days to reach you if not in stock. We also ask that you allow 7 working days for any made to measure pieces.
